1)      Is Advice Available Prior To Ordering?

We are committed to providing the highest level of care and service and our experienced team are always on hand to discuss orders and individual requirements either in person or over the telephone. Our aim is to take the stress out of ordering your wedding flowers, regardless of the size of your wedding or your level of expertise. We are happy to discuss all aspects of your order from suggestions on colour matches and varieties to how to condition the flowers on arrival.

For brides living close to us (Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey & West Sussex borders) we are able to offer a consultation service at our premises. This gives you the opportunity to view the flowers in our cold store, discuss your wedding flowers in person and see examples of our work. Consultations are generally booked in advance so please contact us to make an appointment.

2)      Do You Supply Cut Flowers Only For Weddings Or Are You Able To Offer A Design And Make Up Service Too?

Whilst we are able to supply cut flowers, foliage and sundries we are also able to offer a full ‘Wedding Flower Service’ to customers who are looking for us to supply, design and arrange the flowers for their ‘Big Day’ (This service is generally only available to those living in  Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey & West Sussex borders). Bouquets, Buttonholes, Corsages and Church and Venue arrangements can all be made by our in house florist

 3)     How Much Notice Do I Need to Give When Placing An Order?

Whilst the final order does not have to be placed until close to the actual wedding date it is advisable to start planning your wedding flowers a few months in advance so that we have plenty of time to discuss any ideas you may have

4)     Why Are You Unable To Publish Prices On Your Website?

The majority of our flowers are bought from our suppliers based at the Dutch Auctions in Holland and prices therefore fluctuate on a daily basis due to seasonality and availability. However, we are always happy to send out a list showing availability and a guide to prices for specific months of the year. Whilst prices may change this helps to give you an idea of the varieties of flowers and foliage available, the number of stems per bunch and a guide to the costs involved. Additionally we are able to give estimates of the predicted cost of an order once you have selected the flowers and level of service you require.

5)     Can Prices Be Guaranteed At The Time of Placing My Order?

Unfortunately, as prices and the varieties of flowers change on a daily basis this is not possible. However, we would always attempt to contact you if an item was only available at a significantly higher price than normal or previously quoted.

6)     Is There A Minimum Order?

No – we are happy to take orders of all sizes and all orders are treated with the same level of care and attention irrespective of value.

7)     Is VAT And Delivery Included?

None of the prices quoted include VAT which will be applied to all orders at the current rate of 20%.

Delivery charges vary but we would advise on this when discussing your order with you

8)     How Do I Pay For My Order?

Cut Flower Orders by Overnight Courier

Payment is by Debit or Credit card with a deposit of 50% of the total predicted order cost being debited at the time the order is placed and confirmed by us with the remaining balance being debited at the time of dispatch of your order. All major payment cards are accepted. An itemised invoice is attached to the order together with the card receipt. If flowers are to be sent to an alternative venue to the cardholder’s address, the receipt can be sent to the registered address of the cardholder. If you prefer to transfer funds directly to our Bank account please ask us for our details

Cut Flower Orders for Collection in Person

A deposit of 50% of the total predicted order cost is required at the time the order is placed with the remaining balance being payable on collection. Payment for collect orders can be by cash or debit or credit card

Full Wedding Service Orders

A deposit of 25% is required on acceptance of our quote and confirmation that you wish to book our services for your wedding day. A final invoice is then sent to you a week before your wedding.Payment for these orders are by cash, credit or debit card or directly into our Bank account (details available on request)

 9)    Do You Levy A Fee For Payments By Card?

No additional charges are passed onto the customer for paying by Debit or Credit card.

10)     What Days Can I Receive My Order?

Orders which are to be sent by overnight courier can be dispatched any day from Monday to Thursday for delivery any day from Tuesday to Friday. We will discuss the best day for you to receive your order at the time it is placed

For those Brides living closer to us, orders can be collected directly from our premises

11) Where Do You Deliver?

Orders can be delivered direct to your home or venue in any part of mainland UK.  Certain restrictions apply to some areas of Scotland where overnight delivery is not possible. Please contact us for up to date details.

12)  What Happens If An Item Is Not Available When My Order Is Dispatched?

If any item is not available prior to dispatch we will telephone you to discuss an alternative

13) How Do I Know My Flowers Are Fresh?

Regular deliveries from our extensive list of suppliers around the world ensure a quick turnaround of flowers. Our premises are fully refrigerated which enables us to maintain peak freshness and all flowers ordered for specific events are bought to order

14) How Are My Flowers Packed For Delivery?

This depends upon the variety of flowers ordered but generally they are placed in buckets of water inside durable flower boxes

15) Do I Have To Be Present When My Order Is Delivered?

Whilst it is preferable that someone is available to take delivery of the order (particularly during hot and cold weather), arrangements can be made for the courier to leave the delivery in a secure place. This should be discussed at the time of placing your order

If the flowers are to be delivered to your wedding venue please check that they are happy to accept the delivery and store them somewhere appropriate

16)  Will I Need To Condition My Flowers On Receipt?

Although the majority of flowers travel in water they will still need to be unpacked and conditioned as soon as possible following receipt. Generally speaking the flowers should be removed from all packaging, the stems re-cut and then placed in buckets of water in a light and airy environment and away from direct sunlight

Certain varieties of flowers, for example Lilies, should be ordered in advance to ensure they have plenty of time to open prior to use but we can advise on this when the order is placed

17) Is The Delivery Date Guaranteed?

Whilst every attempt will be made to deliver your order on the date requested, we cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control

18)  Is Time of Delivery Guaranteed?

Most deliveries are received between 8 am and 5 pm. If a specific time slot is required please discuss this when placing your order. (Please note that additional courier charges are levied for specific time slots)

19) Can Orders Be Changed Once Placed?

Whilst we will always try to accommodate any last minute changes, once the order has been placed with our suppliers, the order must be processed. Additional items can be added at any time, dependent upon availability
