WINTER WHITE WEDDING FLOWERS

If you are looking for inspiration for winter wedding flowers then look no further than these beautiful photographs courtesy of Fiona Mills Art Photography taken at the wedding of Geoff & Jess at the beginning of November. The couple were married at Chichester Baptist Church followed by a reception at Southend Barns and all the flowers were chosen to tie in with their ‘elegant vintage Jane Austen’ themed wedding and the navy blue dresses worn by the Bridesmaids. White Anemones and Lisianthus were combined with ivory Garden Roses, blue Eryngium (thistles), Silver Brunia, Senecio and Eucalyptus foliage to create all the Bridal Party, Church and Venue Arrangements.

Recent Weddings

There are many delights to our work but the best part is working with lovely couples as they plan one of the most important days of their lives so it really is a pleasure when we receive thank you letters expressing their delight at the flowers we have supplied for their weddings. Below are just a few we have received in the past couple of weeks which we are extremely proud to share with you.

Sally,

What can I say! The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much for all your time helping me and for helping on the day.

It was interesting getting to know a few different types of flowers and I will always think of you and your patience whenever I see the many flowers we discussed.

Warmest regards,
Anna

Dear  Clare and Sally

The flowers were magnificent and when I saw those huge boxes I wondered how we were going to use them all.  However, we did.  All that remained was some gyp and eucalyptus.  The blooms were much admired.  So thank you for all your efforts and organisation.  My friends did the pedestals and I did the arch and the matrix you created was really helpful in sorting out the flowers.

Thanks

Sally

Hi Sally,
Everything went well and the flowers were simply stunning!
Thanks Mr and Mrs D!
Sally,

Billy and I just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the hard work you and your team put into our wedding flowers! We absolutely loved our day and the flowers just looked stunning. And thank you for surprising us with the flowers out on the terrace, this made the outside space that little bit more special 🙂

Hi Sally
Just a quick note to say thank you for our wedding flowers on Saturday. They were absolutely stunning and everyone thought so!
It was a very carefree process and you made it so easy.
I am currently admiring having a home full of flowers now 🙂
Thanks again

Collaborative Photoshoot – Southend Barns

At the end of last month we shared with you a little taster of a photoshoot we were involved in at Southend Barns, Donnington, nr Chichester.

The photoshoot brought together several Hampshire and West Sussex wedding suppliers all of whom were keen to showcase their particular wedding product or service.

The chosen colour scheme  was a mixed palette of coral, peach and mint green with a hint of gold which all toned beautifully with the rustic but sophisticated setting of the venue and as you will see from the photographs below the end results were stunning.

Barn Photoshoot

Last Sunday we were delighted to participate in another photoshoot in collaboration with some other very talented local suppliers.

The location for the photoshoot was the stunning Southend Barns in Donnington, nr Chichester in the heart of the West Sussex countryside. The chosen colour scheme  was a mixed palette of coral, peach and mint green with a hint of gold which all toned beautifully with the rustic but sophisticated setting of the venue.

Whilst we are keeping the photos ‘under wraps’ at the moment the collage below will give you a little taster of what is to come.

It was our pleasure to be involved in such a fun event and we look forward to sharing more of the photos in the coming weeks.

Busy Week

Our weddings have reached double figures this week and having discovered that apparently the 9th August is the most popular date to get married this year we now know why!

There will be plenty of photographs to show you next week but before we do here are just a few from last weekend’s weddings.
