It is now only just over a week until our next Bridal Flower Open Day which takes place on Saturday 11th March from 10.00 am – 4 pm here at our premises in Horndean. Our Open Days are an ideal opportunity to see an extensive selection of Bridal Party and Venue Arrangements as well as a wide range of cut flowers suitable for weddings.
No appointment is necessary and our team will be on hand all day to discuss your ideas with you.
Kelly & Sam who were married at St Mary’s Church in Funtington and then held their reception at Farbridge, near Chichester in August 2016 attended one of our Open Days prior to their wedding. Whilst Kelly already had an idea of her requirements for the Bridal Party flowers, they both found the Open Day useful for choosing their venue arrangements as it enabled them to see exactly what their flowers would look like.
The photographs below courtesy of Lucy Lou Photography show all the flowers from Kelly & Sam’s wedding day and we hope you enjoy them as much as we have
On a grey, windy February day there is nothing better than being reminded of hot sunny days and these photographs sent to us by Hazel & Tommy have certainly achieved this.
The couple had originally booked another venue for their wedding but then had to make a last minute change and chose Three Choirs Vineyard, Wickham, Hampshire for their August 2016 wedding.
Hazel had been recommended to us by one of her friends for whom we had supplied wedding flowers the previous year. Whilst Hazel wished the flowers to be predominantly ivory she asked us to inject some colour in the form of coral mini Gerberas and the simplicity of all the arrangements reflected the relaxed nature of their venue.
Hazel and Tommy could not have been luckier with the weather on their wedding day with their dream of being married amongst the vines being realised.
These photographs courtesy of Tom Langford – Weddings by Tom have truly captured the happiness of the couples wedding day and have definitely brought a smile to our faces.
Wishing all our couples a very happy new year and here’s hoping it is a good one for us all. We have been inundated with enquiries over the festive period and are now working through them all.
Advance notification that our offices will be closed on Saturday 14th January 2017 but we will be open again as usual on Monday 16th January 2017.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and do continue to send your enquiries to us.

One of the bonuses of working in the wedding industry is meeting fellow suppliers. One such supplier we have had the pleasure of working with on many occasions is wedding photographer Hana Venn-Richards. We were therefore honoured and delighted when Hana asked us to supply the flowers for her own wedding in October.
Hana had chosen a beautiful autumnal colour scheme of burgundy and gold and wished the relaxed atmosphere of their pub venue to be reflected in all the arrangements. Peach Garden Roses were combined with burgundy Dahlias, Scabious, Astrantia, red Skimmea, dark red Hypericum berries, brown Cosmos and Eucalyptus Populus foliage. Brown beer bottles which Hana and Matt had collected, with the help of family and friends, were filled with the same flowers and foliage and placed around the pub.
Following her wedding, Hana wrote us this lovely review –
“MY FLOWERS WERE INCREDIBLE!!!! Absolutely blew my mind. I was a little bridezilla about them (sorry…), but Sally was incredible, and seriously I didn’t need to worry! Clare is a flower creation genius, and honestly, they are better than I could have even imagined. I hardly put them down all day, people were talking about them more than me! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!”

We were so delighted to see so many couples attend our Open Day in October and even more delighted that many of them have now booked us to supply the flowers for their 2017 weddings.
We have just received these stunning photos from Hana Venn Photography who joined us on the day. We have worked with Hana on many of our 2016 weddings and even supplied the flowers for her own wedding a few weeks ago.
For those of you who were unable to make the Open Day these are a taster of the displays we had on show and also notice that our 2017 Open Days are to take place on Saturday 11th March and Saturday 14th October so please do make a note of these in your 2017 diaries when you get them

Liz originally contacted us to discuss cut flower supply only for her wedding which was taking place at Lower Grange Farm in Kent in July. During the course of the conversation we mentioned our Bridal Flower make up service and although the wedding was taking place away from our delivery area, Liz decided that she could organise for a family member to collect the Bridal Party Arrangements on their way to the wedding and we would then courier the cut flowers directly to the venue earlier in the week so she had them in plenty of time to fill the jars she had collected and decorated.
After several emails and phone calls the order was finalised and the photos sent to us by Liz show the beautiful end results.
This is a perfect example of the way in which DIY Brides can create their own venue arrangements whilst leaving us to make the bouquets, buttonholes and corsages which alleviates some of the stress in the days before the wedding.
If you are interested in us providing a similar service for your wedding, please do get in touch – we are always happy to discuss all the options available to you and chat through any of your ideas.
